Geodis Wilson Opens Logistics Center in Vietnam

8,500-square-foot facility is located in the Cat Lai area of Ho Chi Minh City
Geodis Wilson has opened a new logistics center in southern Vietnam to meet rising demand.

The 8,500-square-foot facility is located in the Cat Lai area of Ho Chi Minh City. Geodis said it could handle more than 2 million pieces a year and would be used to provide storage, added-value logistics services, delivery to stores, kitting and light assembly of goods.

"As a result, customers are able to reduce lead times and avoid delays in final delivery or the need for inventory adjustments at the goods’ final destination," the company said.

The company has also opened a new logistics center in Singapore’s Jurong harbor.
