The provincial People's Committee approved the investment and construction project for the Phuoc Hoa - Cai Mep road (Tan Thanh district). Under the approved decision, the project has a total investment capital of more than VND941 billion, including the fund for compensation and support of nearly VND17 billion. The project is 3.6 km in length, will be invested in the completion of items: road surface, bridge, drainage, lighting systems, trees and traffic signal system.
According to the Department of Transport (the project investor), investment in Phuoc Hoa - Cai Mep road will make a clear and convenient connection between the Cai Mep - Thi Vai with the National Road 51, speed up operation of port system and industrial zone, at the same time solve the traffic problems in the area. |
