We are pleased to announce the VPA Annual Meeting 2014  + VPA 20th Anniversary Celebtration to be held at Muong Thanh Song Lam Hotel, Vinh city, Nghe An province, Vietnam on September 17-19, 2014.

The Annual Meeting is compounded with celebration activities marking the 20th Anniversary of the Association (1994-2014), including conference with selected speakers on key topics of ports and shipping, exhibition, sports tournament, musical performance, etc. where special awards shall be offerred to members, sponsors in recognition of their continued effective contribution to the annual activities and development of the Association.

The Event will be organized with business and social functions to meet the expectation of all participants. The tentative schedule of activities is enclosed for your kind reference.

Participants include directors and delegates from 60 member ports, potential new member ports, officials from the Government Office, Ministry of Transport, Vinamarine, Vinalines, and other agencies and authorities. The Event shall be covered by the central and local mass media.

The meeting is supposed to discuss and decide on various matters concerning the port business in Vietnam including maritime economic development strategies, port development, management, systems & operations; cooperation, exchange of experiences between port stakeholders; challenges and opportunities in the era of economic and trade recovery and international economic integration ...

This is an excellent opportunity for your Company to make new contacts, establish relationship, market the products and services, discuss possible contracts with the participants who are key decision makers of the ports in Vietnam.

We hereby invite your participation by sponsoring the Event.

Sponsors are entitled to special privileges such as having Company logo displayed on the Meeting banners, invitation to the Meeting open sessions, receptions, distribution of company/promotion papers, reception of the meeting documents/materials, arrangement for contact/meeting with officials/ delegates, participation in organized activities, hotel accommodation/transport arrangement, reference in the meeting report, souvenir, arrangement for playing tennis, golf etc.

Starting from US$3,000 (Package 3) sponsorship, you can enjoy all of the above privileges.

At US$5,000 (Package 2) the individual sponsors shall have bigger and separate logo displays including on the Meeting backdrop, one 1.80m x 1.40m poster exhibition stand adjacent to the conference hall, commercial presentation at the Meeting for 15 minutes and one year web banner advertisement with link to your company website on VPA website at www.vpa.org.vn.

The most generous sponsor at US$10,000 (Package 1) shall also be named Main Sponsor of the Event with additional privileges, including 1 axtra exhibition stand, biggest logo displays, 20 minute prime commercial presentation slot and A4 size colored advertisement on the cover of the Annual Meeting official document.

In addition, company interested in sponsoring (A) the Meeting Delegate Bag and Badge, OR (B) Sponsored Dinner on September 18 (with sponsorship backdrop and introduction) for about 400 guests/delegates with privileges of Package 2is invited to discuss and secure the opportunity and privileges with the Organizer on a first come first serve basis.
