Sponsorship Packages

Package 3 at USD3,000

- Company Logo displayed on the Event banners, posters;

- Invitation to open sessions of the Conference, receptions;

- Distribution of company/promotion papers by the Organizer;

- Meeting documents/materials;

- Arrangement for contact/meeting with officials/delegates on a mutual consent basis;

- Participation in organized activities including Chairman Ho Chi Minh home relics and Nghe Tinh Port site visits for 2 representatives;

- Hotel accommodation/transport arrangement (airport pickup and sent-off to/from the hotel);

- Company name referred to as sponsor in the meeting report;

- Golf game arrangement for VIP (at cost offered by Cua Lo Golf Resort) on Sep 19, 2014

- Souvenir;

- Letter of appreciation by the Chairman of the Association; and

- Receipt of sponsorship fee signed by VPA

Package 2 at USD5,000

Privileges of Package 3 and:

- Bigger Company Logo displayed including on the Meeting back drop;

- One exhibition stand (1.8m x 1.4m exhibit panel + table) in the foyer of the Meeting area;

- Commercial presentation at the Meeting for 15 minutes; and

- One year web banner advertisement with link to your company website on VPA website at www.vpa.org.vn.

Special Packages at USD5,000 (only two sponsorship slots available)

Privileges are the same as Package 3 with more business promotion exposures (particularly more suitable for Sponsor who has no requirements for presentation and exhibition):

(A) Company logo on standard Delegate Bag (if higher quality chosen: at cost) & Badge for about 400 VPA Annual Meeting guests/delegates; OR

(B) Sponsored Dinner on September 18 with sponsorship backdrop and introduction
- One year web banner advertisement with link to your company website on VPA website at www.vpa.org.vn.

Package 1 at USD10,000

Privileges of Package 2 and:

- Named Main Sponsor of the Event;

- Biggest Company Logo displayed on the Meeting back drop, banners, posters;

- One extra exhibition stand in the prime area;

- Prime commercial presentation time slot for 20 minutes at the Conference; and

- A4 size colored advertisement (design to be provided by the Main Sponsor) printed on the cover of the VPA Annual Meeting 2014 official document for distribution.

The above packages will be offered to Sponsors on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability of spaces (exhibition stand/location, presentation slot, cover page etc.). Early confirmation and payment of sponsorship fee is recommended to ensure reservation of best spaces/slots. The Organizer also reserves the right to certain adjustment/modification as necessary and/or required.
