• Company logo displayed on Meeting Backdrop, Banners.
• Time slot (20 minutes) allocated for Company presentation at the Main Meeting
• Thanking acknowledgement by the VPA Chairman in the Report
• Meeting with port executives as proposed by the Sponsor and to be arranged by the Organizer at the Meeting venue.
• Two representatives invited to attend the open session of the Main Meeting and all receptions of the Event
• 02 copies of Main Meeting documentation
• Banner advertisement on VPA or the Organizer's webpage for two months, staring one week after the receipt of the sponsorship fee.
• Distribution of Company brochure, pamphlets at the Meeting through the Meeting Secretariat.
• Letter of appreciation signed by VPA Chairman.

• Banner advertisement on VPA or the Organizer's webpage for one months, starting one week after the ereceipt of the sponsorship fee.
• Distribution of Company brochure, pamphlets at the Meeting through the Meeting Secretariat.
• Letter of appreciation signed by VPA Chairman.

• Thanking acknowledgement by the VPA Chairman in the Report
• Two representatives invited to attend the open session of the Main Meeting and all receptions of the Event/

• Distribution of Company brochure, pamphlets at the Meeting through the Meeting Secretariat.

VPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPOINT THE MAIN SPONSOR OF THE EVENT BASED ON THE SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT IN CASE THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE ELIGIBLE MAIN SPONSORS.
