Qualifier:
A data element which gives a generic segment or a generic data element a specific meaning.

Quick Response:
The set of techniques for managing the distribution of goods so that they are delivered just before they are required at the retail end point. The technique allows for a reduction in inventory level. Analogous to Just-In-Time in manufacturing.
