THE X^TH VPA CONGRESS 2025, HAI PHONG

The X^th Congress of Vietnam Seaports Association (VPA) (the Event) is scheduled to be held at Pullman Grand Hotel Hai Phong on September 17-19, 2025, hosted by Hai Phong Port.

Participants of the Congress include delegates who are executives and key managers from member ports; senior officials, guests of honor from the Ministries/Agencies, Hai Phong People’s Committee and agencies. Representatives from some other organizations, key stakeholders, businesses in the maritime community as well as central and local mass media will also be invited to participate.

The VPA X^th Congress is an important event with many activities and functions to be conducted. In addition to the Congress functions of electing the X^th Executing Committee for the 2025-2030 term of office and key executive officials of the association; issues on port development, promotion of market transparency and fair competition, port products and services, pricing & tariffs; carbon footprint with offset and credits, green and smart port development etc. shall also be included for discussion and recommendations.

Vietnam economy is developing positively under the pro-active development policy of the Government in the new era of breakthrough reform policies and development projects in transport infrastructure, particularly in port facilities, equipment, solutions and services. In addition to the Meeting conference, business networking and promotion opportunities shall also be provided with presentation slots, display stands & panels with attracting packages to serve the expectation of sponsors, interested stakeholders in the maritime industry.

In addition, social activities, receptions, deep water port inspection tour and sport games organized during a two day Event will offer participants enjoyable and memorable stay in the relaxing sea side tourist atmosphere of Hai Phong City while exploring port related business opportunities in the booming deep water gateway port groups of Vietnam.
