Vietnam Seaports Association
The Vietnam Seaports Association (VPA) is pleased to welcome Hateco Haiphong International Container Terminal (HHIT) as a new Port Member, effective November 1, 2026, under Membership Recognition Decision No. 03/HV-QĐCN.
HHIT is located in the Lach Huyen port area of Haiphong and operates berths No. 5 and 6, with a 900-meter main quay and a terminal area of nearly 73 hectares. The terminal can receive two large container vessels at the same time and has an operating capacity of up to 2.2 million TEUs per year.
VPA looks forward to connecting with HHIT and fellow Port Members, sharing experience and strengthening cooperation for the sustainable development of Vietnam’s seaport system.
