From 17 to 19 September 2026, the Vietnam Seaports Association Annual General Meeting 2026 will take place in Quy Nhon under the theme:
โVIETNAM SEAPORTS: GREEN TRANSITION TO A THRIVING ERAโ
Beyond reviewing the Associationโs activities and discussing key issues facing the port sector, the Meeting will provide a valuable platform for member ports, government authorities, businesses, and domestic and international partners to exchange experiences, strengthen connections, and explore new opportunities for cooperation.
TENTATIVE PROGRAMME
17 SEPTEMBER | WELCOME AND CONNECTION: Delegate reception; friendly Golf and Pickleball activities; the Extended VPA Executive Committee Meeting; and the Welcome Dinner from 18:45 to 21:30.
18 SEPTEMBER | CONFERENCE AND DIALOGUE: Official conference sessions, reports, and presentations by member ports, together with presentations, solution showcases, and exhibitions by sponsors. The day will conclude with a Closing Dinner hosted by Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company.
19 SEPTEMBER | SITE VISIT AND FAREWELL: A port visit, an incense-offering ceremony at Quang Trung Museum, and delegate departure.
